Hornback Family Reunion

The weekend of our move to Dallas was the yearly Hornback Family Reunion. Gavin got play with his cousins and go on boat outings. He was such a trooper. This was also his first weekend to wear his helmet. We had to wait to leave Houston until he got the helmet. His appointment was at Noon. The doctor saw us during his lunch hour. After the appointment we headed to Lake Whitney for Hornback Fun. During the weekend Gavin had a weaning in process for the helmet. He wore it 2 hours on then 1 hour off. He also did not wear it sleeping at this point. It was not unitl the 3rd night that he wore it. He did GREAT. After all the warnings that the doctor said about having sleepless nights its been great. So onto the Reunion. We got there dinner time Thursday. We went on the boat for an evening ride. Gavin did great wearing his life vest and swimming in the lake. Overall the weekend was a blast and it was fun hanging out with family. Now the Pics. The hardest part of the whole weekend was getting all the 2nd cousins to all look at the camera at the same time.

Sorry there has not been a posting for the last month. We have been VERY busy. We have made the move to Dallas and am living with my friends Joanna and Patrick. They have been so kind to open their upstairs to us. We have been hoping to already sell our house but this has not happened yet. Oh well it will hopefully be soon. This week I will try and update the blog.
