So who knew that Gavin wanted to be the next
Picasso? I sure didn't realize this until
yesterday morning. I heard him on the monitor just talking to himself at about 7:30 am. Since he wasn't fussy, I figured he would start when he was ready to get up. (I mean why waste the 10-30 min of extra sleep I can sneak in.) When I woke back up it was 9 am and he still was just playing in his crib. I know it may sound like I have the best child in the world who just lets their parents sleep in until 9am, but
unfortunately this is not the case. To my surprise when I went to go get him, Gavin was working on what he thought was a MASTERPIECE! This masterpiece consisted of using the bumper, sheets, and toys as his
canvas, all while using POOP as his paint. Yes, poop was everywhere. No wonder why he was so quite. He was entertained with this wonderful new toy. (UGH GROSS!!!) It was everywhere!, even in his hands. I don't want to even really think about
whether there was a tasting of the paint,
because I could throw up. Well to all of those whose kids are quite in the crib, think twice when just laying your head back down,
because who knows what kind of trouble your little one has gotten into.
